1. AN COMPLIANCE  (Factory) Staff 1 person  

Job Responsibilities;

 – Develop and implement HR & Admin. and compliance strategies and initiatives, aligned with the overall business. 

– Manage recruitment and selection process together with AGM and GM, according to the policy.

 – Maintain employee attendance and  leave management on daily base. 

– Assess training need and ensure the job-related training. 

Educational Requirements
  • above BBA in any related major background.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Hr & Admin., &Compliance
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Should have Proficiency in MS Office package as well as Tally program.
  • Buying office Contacts will be definite added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Ready to accept new challenges.
